Sales Consultant We are currently looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our professional Sales team for our site in Storrington, West Sussex.
What you'll be doing We're looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Consultant to promote our range of new build homes and support buyers through every step of the journey, from enquiry to exchange. You'll develop strong product knowledge, respond promptly to enquiries, and deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
Progress reservations to exchange
Maintain regular contact with purchasers
Conduct pre‑completion inspections with the site team
Ensure the Marketing Suite and Show Homes are always impeccably presented
Work with the Sales Manager to recommend pricing strategies that support timely sales
Skills & knowledge you'll bring
Previous sales experience gained within the new homes industry
Excellent communication and relationship building skills, along with a passion for the business and the desire to act as an ambassador for the Company
A highly organised approach, flexibility, reliability, resilience and the ability to effectively manage your own workload
The ability to work 9.45am – 5.00pm including weekends
