Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Location: Remote
Salary: £35,000.00 per annum + OTE
Hours: 40 hours working week, permanent position
What is this role of a Territory Sales Manager? Initially driving new business acquisitions within a defined geographical territory, optimizing ATM availability and profitability, progressing on to management of existing core estate. Acting as the company’s customer relationship manager whilst providing support and an escalation point to office‑based functions.
What will I be doing as a Territory Sales Manager? Deliver profitable new installs to the business and maximize return from each site you install
Maximise profitability by recommending the optimal proposition and commercial terms
Achieve an annual install target
Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets
Adhere to company guidelines for proposition splits and surcharge levels
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking to achieve predefined targets
Attend events and build relationships with affinity partner local managers
Manage pipeline effectively
Management of existing core estate (upon successful completion of probation and training)
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual resign targets
Maximise profitability for sites
Ensure maximum availability and ATMs in service
Proactively build and manage relationships with all customers in territory
Provide assistance to SME team for issues requiring f2f support (e.g. access, photos, HTC, OGA)
Own your business and data
Ensure SFT and trackers are up to date and clear
Submit accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on time
Keep pending sites clear and moving
Know where your sites are in the pipeline
Follow company procedures in terms of paperwork and process and procedures
Complete resign, sales and survey forms accurately
Ensure all paperwork meets criteria, is complete and full
Process approval packs within agreed SLAs
Own profitability of new sites for the first 12 months What Will I Need to Succeed as a Territory Sales Manager?
A strong background in account management
Commercial awareness
Good IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, internet, email)
Good territory/journey management
