About
We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to support our customer services during a period of increased workload. This role may be extended and could become permanent.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders and send written acknowledgements.
Arrange delivery and prepare the relevant documentation.
Take card payments.
Answer calls and respond to emails.
Produce commercial invoices ensuring compliance for export.
Qualifications
Previous Sales Administration experience.
Organized and highly detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to start at the beginning of January and commit to the initial 4-month temporary contract.
