Responsibilities of the Role:
Collaborate with the data generation team to develop strategies to target corporate opportunities
Prospect new and existing clients through calls, emails & social media
Proactively generate small outreach campaigns and capitalise on engaging prospects through use of CRM systems & workflows
Take ownership of and find ways to achieve contact with decision makers.
Build and develop a pipeline of prospects
To be relentless in meeting targets and KPI’s
To work collectively to achieve our goal to be the number 1 Business broker in the UK
To use persuasive language and active listening skills to present company services and products to potential clients to secure interest
To gather and document information about the customer and accurately record those conversations through our CRM system
Are you the right person for the role?
Sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year of demonstrable B2B experience
Self-motivated, energetic and results driven team player
Excellent communication skills and experience working within a CRM system (preferably Hubspot)
Display a passionate, positive, and problem-solving attitude
Account management and ownership of your own pipeline
The ability to communicate with key stakeholders & build strong relationships
The ability to work to deadlines, KPI’s and set targets
Exemplary organising and planning skills.
