Who we are Oxford Digital is the team behind several online publications and social media platforms, including The Oxford Magazine, a fast-growing platform showcasing the best of Oxford and Oxfordshire.
We’re seeking a creative and organised Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to grow audience reach and engagement across our social media channels.
What you’ll do As a Social Media Coordinator, you will:
Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads).
Assist in developing content calendars and social media campaigns.
Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and interact with audiences.
Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to promote content and campaigns.
Track social media performance and report insights to improve strategy.
What we’re looking for You’ll be a great fit if you have:
Experience managing social media accounts for brands or publications.
Strong written communication skills and an eye for engaging visuals.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
An interest in working with culture, lifestyle, and related topics is preferred.
No formal qualifications required – practical experience, creativity, and enthusiasm matter most.
