About the Role

The Sous Chef is a vital member of our culinary team, working closely with senior chefs to maintain exceptional standards in daily kitchen operations.

  • Deliver an outstanding culture of hospitality to guests and colleagues
  • Prioritize high performance and maintain excellence throughout each service period by effectively directing the team and expediting services
  • Educate dining room staff on all aspects of food menus and culinary procedures through interactive tastings and presentations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain positive relationships with dining room leaders, line staff at all times ensuring seamless communication between teams

  • Ensure recipes meet restaurant specifications for quality, presentation, flavor consistency across menu items – upholding high health code standards & cleanliness
    within kitchen premises. Ensure efficient execution within station responsibilities partnering with fellow sous chefs prior new hires starting role.
