Betway is seeking a Product Designer to join its Product team in either North London or Madrid. This role focuses on creating intuitive, high-impact user experiences across Betway’s sports betting and casino platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Product Designer will lead research, design, and iteration to ensure user needs and business goals are seamlessly aligned. What You’ll Do:
Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and preferences Translate insights into intuitive and engaging design solutions Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs using Figma Apply user-centered design principles and usability best practices Leverage data tools to monitor product performance and drive improvements Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems and align on goals Present and justify design decisions backed by research and data Iterate on designs based on usability testing and feedback Maintain and enhance the design system for scalable, consistent output Explore UI animations and ensure they enhance user journeys Stay updated on UX/UI trends and emerging technologies Qualification / Requirements
Strong communication and collaboration skills Proven experience designing for digital products and managing multiple projects Deep understanding of user-centered design principles Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with front-end development impacts Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and apply animation appropriately Skilled in user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions Strong visual aesthetics and attention to detail Experience in the online gaming or casino industry Knowledge of sports betting mechanics and compliance regulations Strategic mindset with a systematic, efficient approach to design High adaptability, curiosity, and empathy for all stakeholders Ability to develop customer retention strategies
