What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and contribute to civil engineering deliverables on design and build projects.
Prepare and review calculations, specifications and detailed designs.
Collect, analyse and manage technical data.
Coordinate work across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Monitor project budgets, schedules and quality standards.
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication.
Share knowledge and mentor junior/graduate engineers.
Stay current with relevant codes, standards and innovations in the sector.
What We’re Looking For
A degree (BSc or MSc) in Civil Engineering.
Chartered Engineer status or actively working towards chartership.
Experience in the water sector, particularly detailed design, is highly desirable.
Strong multidisciplinary collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
A proactive approach to managing deadlines, quality and technical delivery.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
