Job Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual development of our brand across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker with a strong design aesthetic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating impactful visual content that communicates our message effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute design projects from concept to delivery across various platforms (web, print, social media, advertising, packaging, etc.)
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, trade, and development to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment
Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support
Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all channels
Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual campaigns and storytelling
Present ideas and creative concepts to internal stakeholders and leadership
Stay current with design trends, techniques, and best practices
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field
5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or in‑house creative team
UX/UI web experience required
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work
Proficiency in Figma
Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
Strong understanding of branding, color theory, and composition
Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment
Excellent time management and communication skills
Advantageous if you have
Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
Familiarity with print production and packaging design
