We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Motherwell Motorstore.
We Offer
£25,500 with no company car or £23,500 with company car
On target earnings of £35,000‑£40,000 with uncapped earning potential

What’s the job? You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, but your role will be heavily sales‑focused.
This isn’t an ordinary sales job – you’ll guide customers from their first step into the showroom to a great after‑sales experience, building lasting relationships and ensuring every interaction is 5‑star.
On an average day, you’ll be…
Helping customers find the right car for their needs
Delivering outstanding, 5‑star service for each customer
Building and maintaining sincere relationships throughout the sales process
Selling the right sales package – finance, servicing, etc. – with integrity and professionalism
Co‑ordinating order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly
Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and deliver on promises
Staying in touch with customers for a great after‑sales experience
