The Role
Lead, motivate and support the After Sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Manage customer enquiries, technical queries, spare parts support and logistics
Identify and maximise commercial opportunities in line with financial targets
Develop effective policies, procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee warranty management and represent the department in product quality discussions
Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys, loyalty programmes and feedback analysis
Provide performance reporting monthly, quarterly and annually
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and shipping partners
Support business growth through networking, trade shows, and dealer engagement
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production and Design teams
Lead process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency
The Person
Minimum 2 years' experience within a busy After Sales environment
Proven people-management ability with strong leadership skills
Background in manufacturing or engineering-related industries
Flexible approach with ability to travel and handle occasional out-of-hours support
Full driving licence required
