Join our Client Delivery team and help leading global organizations transition smoothly to digital solutions. As part of the Experian family, Digital Tech Solutions designs and manages multi‑channel contact strategies that improve customer engagement and reduce churn.
We’re looking for a
Business Analyst
who values collaboration and turning complex requirements into clear, relevant solutions. Reporting into the Head of Projects, you will work with both internal and external clients and internal teams to achieve projects that make a difference.
What You’ll Do
Capture and document requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
Translate technical details into clear, client‑friendly language.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet our needs.
Support testing, implementation, and post‑go‑live reviews to optimize performance.
Be a trusted consultant throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Experience in client delivery, client success, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills.
Elicitation skills.
Experience in a business analyst role.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands‑on experience in software development or web technologies.
Understanding of change management principles.
