The Role The Sales Manager is responsible for building success by identifying, qualifying and selling prospects on the value of TripleLift, the Creative SSP, with the International Sales team. This role supports new and current TripleLift agency and advertiser brands, grows key accounts and hunts for new partners. A Sales Manager leverages existing relationships to convert advertisers from only using our best-in-market native programmatic advertising to all of TripleLift’s variety of products and solutions, and identifies new business to onboard. The best candidate brings relationships to the table and is comfortable presenting at a transactional level; all while evangelizing, educating and influencing key stakeholders from buying teams right up to c‑suite level within our clients’ businesses. TripleLift is one of the fastest growing ad tech businesses in the world and we are looking for someone to continue this growth with us. The candidate reports to the Country Manager, UK and works across the International Sales team, with key stakeholders based in the US, UK, France, Germany and APAC.
Responsibilities
Develop leads and build a sales pipeline
Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to the sales plan
Build effective relationships with key advertisers, media agencies and trading desks
Collect and organize information required to give TripleLift the edge when competing for client business
Provide weekly updates to leadership on sales, leads, and status of prospective opportunities
Maintain a high bar of adherence to company standards for data entry/utilization through TripleLift’s CRM (Salesforce)
Effectively forecast monthly and quarterly sales

Strong verbal and written communicator
Solid understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs and sales process
Proven track record of sales success, achieving goals, managing to a number
Motivated team player who strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations
Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing key accomplishments
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work quickly, collaboratively and independently with minimal oversight
Open to accept feedback and constructive critique positively
Strives for continued learning opportunities to build upon craft
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast‑paced start‑up environment
Extremely strong and demonstrable work ethic
Strong interest in the ad tech industry
Education Requirement A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees will be considered.
Experience Requirement 3 years+ in digital sales, media or ad tech, possibly large ad agency experience.
Location London (3 days per week in office)
