Job Description Foot mobile Multi‑skilled Building Services Engineer, electrically qualified with a good understanding of HVAC. Carrying out scheduled planned maintenance and reactive requirements in and around your assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial offices, some high‑end residential landlords supplies only, and cover static sites for holidays and sickness.
Respond to emergency call‑outs and reactive jobs, ensuring that all SLAs and KPIs are met.
Location London City and West End
Hours of Work 42.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday with overtime starting after 47.5 hours.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Extensive experience in general building services.
Relevant industry qualifications.
NVQ Diploma in Installing and Maintaining Refrigeration Systems.
Level 2 or NVQ Diploma in Installing, Testing and Maintaining Air‑Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems.
Recognised qualification in at least one maintenance/engineering discipline.
Ability to install plant, fixtures and fittings as required.
Ability to service and repair onsite plant, fixtures and fittings.
Organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Training in Legionella Awareness & Emergency Lighting Regulations.
City & Guilds / Plumbing / Electrical / Gas qualifications.
Other relevant certifications such as 18th Addition & 2391 test and inspection.
