Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Verify order details to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
- Label packages and prepare shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
- Operate shipping equipment safely, including pallet jacks and scanners.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and use required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency with order fulfillment processes.
- Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and PPE.
- Familiarity with shipping software and carrier systems is a plus.
