We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our bustling logistics hub in Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
- Schedule inbound and outbound shipments and liaise with carriers.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and movements.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Implement and enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all staff.
- Assist in developing and optimizing warehouse workflows and procedures.
- Support the warehouse team with various operational tasks.
- Perform tasks that involve moderate Lifting and physical activity.
- Contribute to a safe and efficient logistics operation.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in warehouse coordination or a similar logistics support role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Knowledge of Safety procedures and best practices in a warehouse setting. Ability to handle tasks requiring moderate Lifting. Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive approach to problem-solving is highly valued.
