Job Summary:
Exciting opportunity for a Picker/Packer in Los Angeles, California! Our logistics company is seeking a detail-oriented individual to accurately pick and pack customer orders. You will be responsible for retrieving items from inventory, ensuring order accuracy, and securely packaging them for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
  • Label packages correctly for shipping and ensure all necessary documentation is attached.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring efficiency in picking and packing processes.
  • Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and stock replenishment.
  • Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding order status and any issues.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in picking, packing, or a similar warehouse role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics flow.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Team player with strong communication abilities.
