In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order forms or electronic devices.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and restocking.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet or exceed daily picking and packing quotas.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors immediately.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and product information.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Commitment to workplace safety practices.
