_Falcon Heating & Air Conditioning (FRNC) has been in business for more than 35 years, specializing in heating and air conditioning, from the designing in new construction to installation and repairs. Our business is constantly growing, and we are looking for someone with field experience to fill our Service Technician position_ within the Northern Virginia area in our Warranty New Construction division. _For more information on this opportunity, please review the job posting information below._
*Requirements:*
* 2-3 yrs. of experience in HVAC
* Ability to work an on-call rotation that includes evenings (up to 9 pm) and weekends
* Valid driving license
* Good driving record
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Strong ability to remain organized and meet deadlines
* Must be able to work well with other technicians and personnel
*Preferred Education and Experience*
* CFC Card preferred
*Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*

* Determine customer needs and discuss all solution methods
* Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness per manufacturer
* Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources
* Follow company and industry safety guidelines and regulations
* Clean work area, machines, tools and supplies
* Perform other related duties as assigned
