You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse to locate and retrieve specific items based on order details, utilizing RF scanners or pick lists. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse stock using RF scanners or manual pick sheets.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order specifications.
- Inspect items for any damage or defects prior to staging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks or other aids as needed.
- Follow all company Safety rules and procedures.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy targets.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE.
- Tasks may require Lifting and carrying items, typically up to 35 lbs.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of the Logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift for extended periods.
- Capacity to perform moderate Lifting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety practices.
