You will be responsible for accurately locating items within the warehouse, carefully packing them according to specifications, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they reach the customer in perfect condition.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Meet established picking and packing performance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics is beneficial.
