Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from various warehouse locations.
- Verify order details and item information for accuracy.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipping.
- Label packages clearly and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workspace.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and consistently wear required PPE.
- Meet performance metrics for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking/packing or a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for entire shift.
- Must be able to handle frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime when required.
- Awareness of and adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage.
