About the Role As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you will work closely with customers to help bring their clients’ dream kitchens to life. Meeting end users in their homes, you will take the time to understand their ideas, lifestyle, and requirements, offering expert guidance throughout the process. Using your creativity and product knowledge, you will design inspiring, practical kitchens that exceed expectations in both style and functionality. You will confidently negotiate, ensuring the integrity and value of each design is maintained while promoting the quality and benefits of products. From initial concept through to final design, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences that lead to successful sales. What you'll need to succeed as a Kitchen Sales Designer: Strong customer service skills with a consultative approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment A natural eye for design and attention to detail Previous sales experience Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills Curious and eager to learn Results driven and motivated Full UK driving licence Access to your own vehicle Previous design (CAD) experience is desirable but not essential No prior experience in the kitchen industry or as a Kitchen Sales Designer is required, as full training will be provided and includes face-to-face and online learning covering kitchen measuring and compliance, inspirational design, technical product knowledge, and sales techniques.
