Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Develop and implement efficient workflow processes.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and safe Lifting practices.
- Manage shipping and receiving operations to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Train new staff members on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain records and generate reports on warehouse performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle tasks requiring moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, including PPE usage and hazard identification.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
