About
UST is currently recruiting a Solution Architect with solid retail experience in designing and implementing business processes and technologies.
The successful candidate will create a strategic advantage by understanding Direct‑to‑Consumer business strategies, objectives, and processes, and connect these to sources of technological innovation. You will provide technical leadership in the evaluation, conceptualization, design, and development of major new capabilities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
Serve as a technology delivery lead, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Provide expertise in supply chain, omnichannel commerce, and customer experience platforms.
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Strong integration experience with POS and e‑Commerce applications or other enterprise‑level applications.
Work with Product Owner and Project teams to create proper documentation, training, controls and metrics.
Design and implement technology solutions.
Ensure compliance and security.
Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders.
Provide expertise in specific domains.
Document and articulate complex architectures.
Qualifications & Skills
Deep understanding of the retail industry and its challenges.
Strong understanding of retail business processes and technologies.
Experience with design, implementation, and consulting in applications and infrastructure.
Expertise in e‑commerce platforms, point‑of‑sale systems, and supply chain management systems.
Exposure to other systems in the ERP, SCM, CRM space.
Knowledge of cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Experience with digital transformation and cloud migration projects.
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate effectively.
Ability to identify and solve complex technical problems.
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Ability to lead and manage teams.
