We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Worker for our facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is essential for supporting our daily Logistics operations, ensuring that goods are managed efficiently and safely. You will perform a range of duties including receiving, storing, order picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment. You will work as part of a team to meet production targets and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires the ability to handle various tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing for long periods. Strong adherence to Safety protocols and proper use of equipment is expected. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Store inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Utilize required PPE for specific tasks.
- Support the Logistics team in achieving operational efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring regular Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to company policies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
