Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips.
- Sort and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick orders accurately based on customer requirements and pick lists.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks and other vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring aisles are clear and free of obstructions.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of and adherence to safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
