*Position Summary:*
The therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating pediatric clients, collaborating with families and team members, and delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to each child’s developmental needs. The role requires afterschool hours and/or weekend availability.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide direct therapy services in our state-of-the-art sensory gym.
* Develop functional, play-based interventions to support fine motor, sensory regulation, ADLs, and school readiness.
* Communicate regularly with families to provide education, updates, and home carryover strategies.
* Collaborate with other therapists, educators, and caregivers to support progress across settings.
* Maintain accurate documentation and timely submission of evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports in compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards.
* Modify treatment goals based on ongoing clinical observations and client progress.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $72.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
