Caregiver Health Call Center RN at Providence Health and Services summary: The Caregiver Health Call Center RN provides clinical caregiver health services through telephonic, virtual, and occasional onsite interactions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. They manage incoming caregiver health inquiries promptly and escalate issues per service agreements, supporting the well-being of Providence employees. This role requires nursing licensure, acute or post-acute clinical experience, and proficiency with healthcare databases and communication tools. Providence is calling for Caregiver Health Call Center RN \ Onsite ~ located in Spokane, WA for Full Time - Variable Shift and for On Call, Variable Shift.** In promoting optimal health and well-being in Providence Saint Joseph Health caregivers, the CHS Call Center RN is responsible for providing clinical caregiver health services, primarily through telephonic and virtual means, and in Caregiver Health Services offices at times. The CHS Center RN ensures compliance with state and federal requirements and PSJH policies and protocols and utilizes the tools provided to ensure accuracy of information and direction to our caregiver and core leader customers.
