Sales Representative
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to manage a team of five sales employees, close deals, and earn commissions on sales they close. The role involves developing and training sales staff, implementing a new Salesforce platform, and assisting with data integrity for the ERP system. Responsibilities
Manage a team of five sales representatives. Close sales deals and earn commission on closed sales. Develop and train sales staff to enhance their skills and productivity. Implement a new Salesforce platform to streamline sales processes. Assist with maintaining data integrity for the ERP system. Set and manage daily, weekly, and monthly expectations for the team. Essential Skills
Five years of experience in sales, with a focus on account management. Two years of leadership or training experience in a sales force setting. Proficiency in managing a team of sales representatives. Experience in data management and ERP system implementation. Proficient in Salesforce and training sales teams. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Five years of B2B sales experience, preferably in aviation or manufacturing. Experience with ERP and Salesforce platforms. Work Environment
The role is primarily onsite with occasional travel to clients and trade shows as needed. You will participate in two trade shows a year, each lasting 3-5 days. The position offers flexibility as a contract-to-hire (C2H) or direct placement (DP) based on candidate needs, with commission opportunities for sales closed. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $38.31/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
