About
We are seeking a talented Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary operations in center city Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a CDC or Executive Sous Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the daily culinary operation, including prep and line checks.
- Cook on the line next to team members and coach them to improve performance.
- Create menu items with local, seasonal offerings and develop relationships with local farms.
- Effectively manage kitchen staff, delegate responsibilities to Sous Chefs, and communicate job expectations and monitor employee performance.
