Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the work of warehouse staff.
- Ensure efficient execution of receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Implement and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing performance feedback.
- Optimize workflow and space utilization within the warehouse.
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure operational readiness.
- Foster a positive and productive team culture.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics best practices.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and accident-free workplace.
- Proficiency in managing teams and motivating performance.
- Must be willing to adhere to all safety standards and PPE requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is a plus.
