Job Title: Head of Culinary Operations

Our restaurant is seeking an exceptional leader to head our back-of-house team.

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Lead by example, maintaining a positive attitude and calm under pressure.
  • Coordinate with our owner to plan and execute daily operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with food safety and handling protocols.
