This esteemed role is responsible for the overall success of Asian culinary operations. The position entails overseeing Asian cuisine menus, recipe standardization, and ensuring adherence to health regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Create innovative Asian-inspired menus based on current food trends and regional tastes.
  2. Maintain high standards of food quality across all outlets in line with industry expectations and health department regulations.
  3. Ensure kitchen equipment and surrounding areas are properly maintained and sanitized to meet federal, state, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:
