Job Overview:
The Sous Chef position oversees the daily kitchen operation, managing cooks, stewards, and other personnel. This role requires scheduling, coordinating, training, and participating in all activities to ensure smooth operations.

- Maintaining Recipes, Flavor Profiles, and Quality Standards
- Monitoring Financial Aspects of Kitchen Operations
- Ensuring Safe Working Conditions
- Conducting Monthly Inventory
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Culinary, Food Service, Hospitality, or Business Management
- Minimum two years' experience in a large hotel or casino operation
- Knowledge of single-unit culinary operations, high-volume cooking, and expediting food during peak periods
Physical Demands:
- Standing for long periods
- Lifting up to 40 pounds
- Working in a fast-paced environment
