We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Huntsville, Alabama. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a team of warehouse associates, and ensure the smooth execution of all logistics activities. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, training, performance management, and maintaining optimal productivity levels. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control is essential. You will be responsible for implementing and enforcing strict safety procedures, ensuring all team members use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to best practices in warehouse safety. This role requires the ability to motivate and guide a team, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive and efficient work environment. You will also play a key role in inventory accuracy, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes. The ability to handle lifting up to 50 pounds is necessary, and you will be expected to participate in operational tasks when needed. We are looking for a results-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
