Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily operations at our facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating workflows, supervising a small team, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods. You will be instrumental in optimizing our warehouse processes and maintaining a high level of productivity while upholding strict Safety standards. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take on more responsibility within the Logistics field.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company policies and Safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor new warehouse associates on procedures and best practices.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
  • Liaise with other departments, suppliers, and transportation providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and operational metrics.
  • Implement and enforce the use of required PPE for all staff.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks and operate warehouse equipment.
  • Proficiency in Lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge of Logistics best practices.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
