Senior Software Architect
to be a driving force on our team. You'll be a senior technical leader who doesn't just write code, but shapes the future of our software development. You'll be someone to guide and mentor our engineers, design and implement systems, and make sure our software is top-notch. We need a true change agent who can handle ambiguity, a process-oriented thinker who gets results, someone with a passion for solving tough problems, a team player who puts the team first, and a person who takes full accountability for their work.
You'll be our champion for agentic AI tools, showing the team how to use them to advance our development and get things done faster. If you're passionate and want to make a real impact at a company, this is the role for you. You'll report to a Software Engineering Manager.
What you will be doing
Lead the technical vision for at least one major area of our organization and provide the daily guidance needed to make it a reality.
Set the gold standard for quality, designing systems that prevent problems before they even start and leading major improvements that fix entire classes of issues.
Become a go‑to expert in AI‑driven development, advocating for and driving the adoption of AI/LLM tools far beyond just coding.
Jump into the full development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to designing and owning major components.
Build a deep understanding of how your work impacts our customers, making smart trade‑offs based on business needs and mentoring others to do the same.
Proactively tackle our most complex problems, creating sustainable solutions that will keep us moving forward.
Evolve our architecture to handle future needs for scaling, performance, security, and reliability.
Continuously find ways to improve our team's processes.
Take full ownership of your work and your team's quality, significantly upgrading our test automation strategies.
Ensure every phase of development is well‑documented and guide others in doing the same.
What experience and skills we need you to have
10+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
Experience and in-depth knowledge of .NET, .NET MVC, and ORMs, along with Relational Databases, Docker/Kubernetes, Microservices, REST APIs, and GitHub Actions
Recent experience with C#, Postgres, and React
Experience in leveraging AI/ML tools to boost development efficiency.
Experience with Agile software development
Ability to collaborate with and communicate effectively with various teams across the organization

$155,365 - $226,249 a year
The base pay range for this position is $155,365-$226,249.
