Bartender & Server | Part Time & Evenings

Tutti Matti is looking for a part-time professional Bartender & Server to join our team. We are a long-standing, award-winning Tuscan restaurant known for warm hospitality, beautiful wines, and seasonal Italian cooking. If you love creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment, we'd love to meet you.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant
• Strong knowledge of Italian wines (WSET preferred; deep wine familiarity required)
• Exceptional cocktail-making skills, with a commitment to craft and consistency
• Ability to provide genuine, warm hospitality - not just service
• Comfortable handling pre-theatre rushes, busy weekends, and communicating with the floor team
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and bar organization
• Smart Serve certified
• Able to work evenings and weekends (required)
• Reliable commuting ability to downtown Toronto

What You'll Do

• Prepare and execute classic and house cocktails with precision
• Curate thoughtful beverage pairings with Chef's Tuscan menu
• Guide guests through Italian wines and spirits
• Support the dining room and servers during peak service
• Maintain an organized, efficient bar and prep area
• Uphold Tutti Matti's standards of true Tuscan hospitality
