- Product Operations & Enablement Strategy: You define and execute the product operations strategy - how we set up our operational engine within the product development cycle - from planning, discovery to software and hardware engineering. You do this in a data and metrics driven approach
- Team Leadership: You lead, develop, and empower a team of Product Operations & Enablement experts, with the product and portfolio management processes at the center, and with the vision to also include adjacent, existing teams for project management and lean delivery in your function
- Product Discovery & Delivery: You understand the relevance of the work items and are supporting discovery and delivery with the necessary skill sets in your team. The product team’s success and effectiveness is your success
- Change: You and your team are supporting the change processes in the product engineering departments. You understand what we work on, how we deliver and actively shape how this can be improved
- Stakeholder Alignment: You represent the product operations perspective in leadership and stakeholder forums, driving alignment across departments on how to collaborate in the development cycle
- Excellence Culture: You foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within your team
- Experience: You bring 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role and including at least 2 years in a dedicated product operations role; specific experience also in engineering and/or project management organizations would be a plus
- Track Record: You have a proven history of success in international, fast-moving product organizations with diverse stakeholders and how to drive change within such an organization
- Hard Skills: You have already demonstrated your ability to apply principles of lean software engineering, hardware engineering in IoT is a plus; in addition, you have experience in change management, project management, and portfolio management
- People Development: You have a structured and effective approach to coaching and developing your team
- Passion: You are passionate about fitness, health, and technology — and motivated by purpose-driven product work
- Languages: You are business fluent in English; German is a plus
- Product Ecosystem: You’ve built a deep knowledge of the EGYM product ecosystem
- Team Relationships: You’ve earned the trust and appreciation of your team and key cross-functional partners (engineering, sales etc.)
- Strategic Impact: You’ve contributed to major product operations initiatives (e.g. improve the current product planning & alignment processes), helped to shape the team strategy, and started solving high-impact challenges
