We’re looking for a driven SDR ****to accelerate that growth — and to ensure our customers succeed beyond the sale.
### **Role Overview**
As an SDR at Dapta, you’ll run the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to signed contract — and continue to manage and nurture the customer relationship post-sale. You’ll be responsible for generating pipeline through outbound efforts, converting inbound leads, and ensuring new customers see value quickly and renew long-term. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to drive both revenue and retention.
### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Prospecting & Sales** - Identify and engage potential customers via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn - Manage inbound leads and move them through the funnel - Conduct discovery calls and product demos to qualify prospects - Own the sales process from lead to close, maintaining accurate CRM records - Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets - **Account Management** - Collaborate with onboarding team to onboard new customers and ensure a smooth handoff to support (if needed) - Act as the main point of contact post-sale to ensure customer success - Monitor customer adoption and identify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) - Proactively manage renewals and mitigate churn risk - Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and marketing teams
### **What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred) - Track record of success in outbound prospecting and closing deals - Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills - Comfortable running demos and managing a full pipeline - Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven - Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce - Ability to manage and grow customer relationships beyond the sale
### **Bonus Points**
- Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) - Familiarity with marketing tech or automation platforms - Spanish language proficiency (a plus, not required)
### Compensation
- $60k base | $120k OTE
