Job Description As ForTec continues to grow, we are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of the organization's sales activities. - A successful candidate will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with a sense of urgency while multi-tasking. Additional job responsibilities are outlined below: Review and resolve pricing errors and issues on completed cases Create, update, and maintain customer pricing schedules per contract parameters Ensure internal systems accurately reflect current pricing strategies and work to resolve issues in a timely manner Assist the sales team with constructing new business proposals with quotes and contracts Utilize the contract/quote template and keep these tools updated and current Utilize CRM to assist the sales team in curating customer information Help to identify duplicate and inaccurate data in CRM and proprietary internal systems, working with IT to rectify issues Ensure all customer contracts are accurately documented in CRM Review customer inquiries and requests, communicating with appropriate departments/individuals effectively and -in a timely manner Assist the field technicians with case and pricing, the finance department with billing questions, and customer care on an as-needed basis Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. - Associates' or Bachelor's degree in business preferred 0 - 2 years of sales experience desired Knowledge of accessing and using the Internet, to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel required. - CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) knowledge is a plus Excellent verbal, organizational, written, multitasking, and presentation skills required Sales and goal-oriented Telephone skills, direct communication with sales reps and customers to obtain information Be polite, be -understanding, and gather information with probing questions in a professional demeanor Additional Information ForTec is an industry leader in improving patient health and healthcare by delivering innovative surgical laser technology to hospitals and healthcare professionals completely on demand.
