The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all kitchen operations while fostering a positive, family-like environment for our staff. This role requires hands-on leadership, creativity, and a strong commitment to mentoring and teamwork.
ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and inspire a tight-knit kitchen team
Create and execute high-quality, consistent menus
Maintain food cost, labor cost, and inventory controls
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Collaborate with ownership/management on menu development and specials
Train and develop staff with patience and respect
Set the tone for a positive, drama-free, team-first kitchen culture
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
Strong leadership skills with a calm, supportive approach
Passion for food, consistency, and team development
Ability to balance creativity with operational discipline
Excellent communication and organizational skills
