Location: 30312, Atlanta, GA Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Vocational or Technical Certification preferred Basic tools required Experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines Four (4) years or more relevant work experience preferred Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A preferred Must possess minimum tools needed for job duties as outlined in Ryder's Maintenance policy Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand and adhere to Company policies Ability to complete repair orders with attention to detail and prioritize workload Responsibilities Make informed decisions surrounding vehicle diagnostics and repair Perform vehicle maintenance and repair duties, including standard and complex repairs Assist customers and demonstrate excellent customer service skills Conduct preventive maintenance and document all service records Work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals Ryder is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.
