Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Household Units
Location: Levindale Hospital, LifeBridge Health – Baltimore, MD
Join our team at Levindale, where we provide compassionate long-term care in our Household Units. Each Household features private resident rooms, cozy common areas, and a home-like environment. Households 5–6 specialize in caring for residents with dementia or cognitive needs, requiring staff who are attentive, patient, and dedicated.
What You’ll Do:

Provide hands-on nursing care and support to residents

Develop and implement individualized care plans

Supervise and support nursing staff on your shift

Foster a safe, supportive, and home-like environment
What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Maryland

American Heart Association CPR Certification

Less than 1 year of experience welcome
