Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee . This is an exciting opportunity where you will train to operate a Class B box truck, providing essential on-site service for parts washer machines, picking up containerized hazardous waste, and selling products and services along a defined route.

Responsibilities: Prioritize health and safety by adhering to all safety practices and policies. Complete daily service tasks, including deliveries and pickups, in a timely manner. Replace 15- & 30-gallon drums of solutions at customer locations. Accurately complete all required documentation and labeling. Generate and collect leads from customers for new products and services. Sell additional products and services to existing clients. Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT and company policies. Adhere to all environmental health and safety procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must obtain a CDL B within 180 days of employment (company sponsored). Must obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 30 days of acquiring CDL B. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively. Basic computer and math skills are required. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to meet physical demands of the job. Successful completion of a background check, drug test, and physical is required. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills. Experience in commercial route driving (Class C or non-CDL).
