You will be involved in receiving and unloading incoming shipments, picking and packing orders accurately, stocking inventory, and preparing goods for shipment. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is paramount. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. You will operate various warehouse equipment and must strictly adhere to all company safety protocols and wear the required PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Assist with other warehouse and logistics tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing. Prior warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all protocols is required. Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial. Must be reliable and possess good teamwork skills.
