Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points.
- Implement and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
- Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to manage stock effectively.
- Develop and recommend improvements to inventory control processes.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Assist in training other staff on inventory procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with WMS and other inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks as needed, including occasional Lifting.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Familiarity with Safety procedures in a warehouse environment.
- Must be willing to wear required PPE.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
