Job Summary:
Are you meticulous and detail-oriented? We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for our Fort Worth, Texas facility. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. This involves conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, investigating stock adjustments, and ensuring that our warehouse management system reflects real-time inventory levels. Your efforts are vital to the efficiency of our entire logistics operation, preventing stockouts and minimizing overstock. You will work closely with warehouse associates and management to identify and resolve inventory issues. A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of inventory control best practices are essential. This position may involve some Lifting of inventory items and requires a commitment to Safety and the proper use of PPE. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Process stock adjustments and transfers.
  • Ensure proper labeling and organization of inventory.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to all Safety procedures and regulations.
  • Utilize appropriate PPE when handling stock.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or a related field.
  • Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform moderate Lifting.
  • Knowledge of Logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Commitment to Safety and attention to detail.
