Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store materials accurately.
- Load and unload materials from vehicles, ensuring safe handling practices.
- Transport materials to different areas of the warehouse using pallet jacks or other equipment.
- Organize and stack inventory to maximize space utilization and facilitate easy access.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, adhering to all operational guidelines.
- Report any damaged materials or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Experience in a material handling or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Capability to perform tasks involving significant lifting, up to 55 pounds regularly.
- Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Knowledge of safe material handling techniques and equipment operation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
